Yes. Each event can have its own venue, address, arrival notes, capacity, price, and cancellation policy.
Can players see who is attending?

Can we charge before the event?
Yes. Use the normal online payment flow, or keep pay-in-club available when that fits the club. Payment status remains attached to the registration.
