Read payout and payment statuses
Understand the difference between a booking, a successful charge, and a payout to your club.
Booking status is not payout status
A booking can be confirmed after a successful checkout while the money is still moving through Stripe. Payout timing depends on Stripe's account, country, and risk review.
Where to look
- Use the CourtBeam record for the booking or event outcome.
- Use Billing for the connection and any CourtBeam subscription state.
- Use the connected Stripe dashboard for payout timing, verification requirements, and detailed transaction status.
First payout delays
A first payout can take longer than later payouts while Stripe completes account and risk checks. If the expected date has passed, check outstanding Stripe requirements before contacting support.
