Understand the CourtBeam payment flow
What happens between a player choosing a time and your club seeing a successful payment.
At checkout
The player reviews the booking or event, any required waiver, the selected payment method, and the total before being sent through Stripe Checkout when online payment is required.
After payment
CourtBeam records the booking or registration and queues the confirmation only after the payment flow returns a successful result. A cancelled or failed checkout should not be treated as a confirmed booking.
Fees and payouts
The player's total, Stripe processing costs, CourtBeam subscription charges, taxes, and your club's payout can be different numbers. Use the payment record and Stripe dashboard as the source for the detailed financial breakdown.
