Player accounts and email-link sign-in
Explain the passwordless sign-in flow to players and staff.
How sign-in works
CourtBeam uses a secure email link so players do not need to remember another password. The player enters the email associated with their account, opens the link, and returns to the booking flow.
Use the same email
A player may appear to have a missing membership or booking when they sign in with a different address. Ask them to use the email on their player record or update the record through the club's approved process.
Security basics
- Only request a new sign-in link from the player's own device or inbox.
- Do not forward an email link to another person.
- If a shared computer was used, sign out before leaving it unattended.
