Import players from a CSV

Prepare the file

• Use one player per row.
• Include a valid email address for each player you want to contact.
• Use a header row with clear column names.
• Remove duplicate rows and empty records.
• Save the file as UTF-8 CSV when possible.

Import carefully

Import a small sample first, then confirm the player records look correct before importing the full list. Do not use an import to overwrite information you have not reviewed.

After import

Imported players may still need to claim or verify their account before they can use every player feature. Send a clear welcome message explaining your club's booking link and how email-link sign-in works.
