Create a membership plan
Set up a membership that explains who is eligible and what the plan includes.
Plan details
Give the plan a name players will understand, choose the pricing and billing details available to your club, and write a short description of what the member receives.
Define the entitlement
An entitlement is the operational benefit a membership grants, such as earlier booking access or a member price. Make the rule specific enough that front-desk staff can explain it without checking a spreadsheet.

Review dates, price, and access rules.

Assign or invite a test player.

Book a representative slot as that player and verify the expected access.

Activate the plan when the player-facing language is ready.
