Receipts, confirmations, and payment emails
What players receive after paying and how staff can verify the underlying record.
The confirmation is the operational record
CourtBeam's booking or event confirmation includes the details a player needs. The payment record and Stripe receipt provide the financial detail when the player needs more information.
Player asks for a receipt
Confirm the email address and payment status, then direct the player to the confirmation or Stripe receipt available for that successful payment. Do not create a duplicate charge to resend an email.
