Set up waivers and player consent
Make sure players see the right waiver and that the club can verify consent.
When a waiver is required
CourtBeam can require a player to accept the current waiver before completing a booking or participating in the club's flow. Keep the text current and aligned with your club's legal review.
Publish a new version

Open Waivers from the club workspace.

Add the reviewed waiver text and a clear version name.

Publish it when the club is ready for new consent.

Test with a player who has not accepted the new version.
Existing consent
When the waiver version changes, players may need to accept the current version again. Keep a record of the version your club relies on and direct legal questions to the club's own adviser.
