Advance booking window
This is how far into the future a player can reserve a time. A shorter window keeps the calendar flexible; a longer window helps members plan ahead.
Minimum notice
Minimum notice is the amount of time required before the start of a booking. It prevents last-second reservations that your team cannot prepare for.
Duration and payment
Duration sets the length of a slot. Payment settings determine whether a player pays online, at the club, or through the options your policy exposes. Test both the public wording and the amount before launch.
