How players book a court
The player flow from choosing a time through confirmation and account management.
The booking flow

Open the club's booking website.

Choose a date, court, and available start time.

Sign in or create a player account with an email link.
- 4
Review the booking policy, waiver, and price.
- 5
Pay online or choose the available at-club option, then confirm.
After booking
The player receives a confirmation email with the booking details and a link to manage it. Reminder emails may be sent before the booking when the club has email delivery enabled.
For club staff
Staff can review the booking in Calendar or Bookings, help a player find their confirmation, and follow the club policy when changing or cancelling a booking.
