   Choose who can book, how far ahead they can book, and the cancellation window.

   Connect Stripe and complete any requested verification.

   Invite staff, enable multi-factor authentication, and test a player booking.

Test before launch

Use a separate email address to walk through the player flow on mobile. Check that the available times match your calendar, the policy is understandable, the waiver appears when expected, and the confirmation email arrives.

Ready to share

When the test booking is cancelled or removed, share the booking-site link from the Website or Domains area. Add it to your club website, social profiles, and member welcome emails.
