Create an event or program

Start with the player-facing details

   Open Events and choose Create event.

   Add a title that says what the event is and who it is for.

   Set the local date, time, location, capacity, price, and payment method.

   Add the registration and cancellation language players need.

   Save, preview, and publish when the details are final.

Plan the operational side

An event does not need to use a CourtBeam court. For social play, you can use a partner venue, hired hall, park, or another club's courts. Add the full address, arrival instructions, venue rules, and local time zone so the player-facing details are unambiguous.

After publishing

Monitor registrations from Events, answer player questions through your normal club channels, and use the event record as the reference when managing capacity or refunds.
