How membership entitlements affect bookings

Entitlements are rules, not labels

A membership name by itself does not change availability. The entitlement attached to the plan is what CourtBeam uses when it evaluates a player's access or price.

   Confirm the player is attached to the intended plan.

   Check that the plan is active on the booking date.

   Review the court or event rule the entitlement is meant to affect.

   Test from the player's booking experience, not only from the staff view.

When access looks wrong

Check dates, duplicate memberships, and the player's signed-in email first. If the rule is correct but the booking still behaves unexpectedly, capture the player, plan, date, and booking reference for support.
