What a confirmation should answer
- What the participant registered for.
- When and where to arrive.
- How much was paid and whether payment is complete.
- What to bring or accept before participating.
- How to contact the club with a question.
If a player cannot find their email
Check the registration record first. Then confirm the email address, ask the player to search for the club name, and resend or share the event details through an approved club channel.
