Choose the smallest report

Export only the date range and fields you need. A focused report is easier to reconcile and safer to store than a full copy of the club's data.

Reconcile in order

   Start with bookings or registrations for the period.

   Compare payment status and totals with the connected Stripe account.

   Review refunds, cancellations, and exceptions.

   Store the final report in the club's approved location and remove temporary copies.

Data handling

Reports can contain personal information. Limit access, use secure storage, and follow the club's retention and privacy process.
